Shipping Coverage
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be processed or shipped.
This policy ensures we maintain accurate delivery times and reliable service for all U.S. customers.
Shipping Rates
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday).
Order processing time does not include shipping transit time.
If we experience unusually high order volumes or temporary inventory delays, we will notify you via email immediately.
Estimated Delivery Time (U.S. Orders)
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 9–11 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 10–13 business days, including handling.

⏰ Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 AM EST will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to your location, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Minor delays may occur during holidays, promotional events, or peak shipping seasons.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If any item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@summitcarry.com.
Include your order number, item details, and a clear photo (if applicable). We will resolve your issue promptly and ensure you receive the correct product.
Change of Address
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via support@summitcarry.com.
Once your package is in transit, we cannot modify or redirect the shipment.
Warehouse Location
All orders are processed and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment centers to ensure accurate and timely delivery nationwide.
We do not ship internationally.
