Returns and Refunds Policy

At Summit Carry, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase.
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team within 30 days of receiving your order through our Contact Page.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, please return your item to the address provided in your return confirmation email (this is typically the same as shown on your package label).


Return Shipping

All returns are handled by mail.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or there was an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
We will notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products only.
If you wish to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@summitcarry.com or message us via our Contact Page before returning the product.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made items
